cast to-base

Converts a number of one base to another

$ cast to-base --help

Usage: cast to-base [OPTIONS] [VALUE] [BASE]

Arguments:
  [VALUE]  The value to convert
  [BASE]   The output base

Options:
  -i, --base-in <BASE_IN>  The input base
  -h, --help               Print help
